straight forward affair. Because buying a new sale was
your only option, it was therefore necesary only to make
reference to the new sales price list. Today however,
things are very, very different.
Due to the overwhelming amount of sales over the past
3 years, original investors are now putting their (usually
prime) properties back on to the market, this allows buyers
a better chance to secure property in an excellent location
on their favourite Polaris World golf resort and very often
these properties can be offered at a discount when compared
to new sales.

who doesn't want the very best for the very least?
Three different selling states.
Here are the different ways in which a sale can be presented:
New Sale : Naturally, by far the most common method of
selling to date. The sale of your contract is made directly
from Polaris World. Price/value discounting does really
depend on how early in the building process you buy your
option contract. Well located and better orientated property
still exist, however, many of the better properties have
been sold and are available only as resale options or properties.
Option Resale : Often when buying a purchase contract,
a buyer wishes to sell their property/contract a profit
prior to building completion. As the buyer was able to
secure a contract early in the buying process the original
purchase price is likely to be far less expensive than
the live price list. The contract owner may wish to sell
his/her contract at a profit whilst still remaining competitive
compared to new sales.
Property Resale : Once a contract has matured, a buyer
takes ownership of the asset (the property). It may be
that the buyer intended to rent or use the property for
a period before selling. When he/she wishes to sell his/her
property, the asset is delivered and ready for immediate
occupancy.
