El Valle Golf Resort

El Valle Golf Resort has been designed by top professionals with the aim to create an easy and enjoyable life. There are only 688 homes being built on the 1,100,000 square metres of El Valle Golf Resort. All villas and apartments will be built with different sytles and will be built around a splendid 18 hole golf course.
As well as close attention to homes, the design of its numerous green areas has been assigned to EDSA, a leading American firm which specialises in the design of tourist complexes all over the world.

The Area
El Valle Golf Resort is situated between Banos and Mendigo, near to the Murcia – San Javier motorway. You can reach Murcia city centre in just 10 minutes. The International Airport of Alicante is 40 minutes away.

The Golf
The course at El Valle has been designed by Nicklaus Design. As well as the 18-hole golf course there is also a club house, pro-shop and driving range.

Homes
At El Valle you can choose between apartments and three types of villas depending on your needs.

Each villa has a welcoming focal point of a feature fireplace in Spanish style, along with timber paneled doors and shutters

Bathrooms and kitchens are available in two styles, one rustic and one contemporary. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes and house televisions behind pocket sliding doors.
